Alli Keranen is the Director of Crisis Services for Cowlitz and Wahkiakum Counties, and this is her third time working for Columbia Wellness. Alli initially began working for Columbia Wellness in 2010, working as a Counselor Technician in the Crisis Stabilization Unit and serving on the Crisis Team.

After a few years working in crisis, Alli moved to Colorado and worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital and on the crisis team there while obtaining her Master’s degree through Colorado Christian University. Upon graduation, Alli was invited back to Columbia Wellness where she hired on to the same crisis team as a Designated Mental Health Professional (DMHP). A year and a half later, the state statutes changed for DMHPs to become Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs), and Alli began working in the local emergency department as a Emergency Department Social Worker.

After nearly a decade in the Emergency Department, Alli heard that Columbia Wellness needed a Director for our local crisis team and the rest is history.
