Amber Davis is the Director of Operations for Billing & Administration at Columbia Wellness, bringing more than a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare operations and revenue cycle management. She began her career with Columbia Wellness in 2014 in the Residential Program and, after a brief hiatus, returned in 2019 as the Contracting and Credentialing Specialist.
Through her commitment to operational excellence and process improvement, Amber advanced to Revenue Cycle Manager, then Billing Director, and now serves as Director of Operations for Billing & Administration. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on revenue cycle optimization, payer contract negotiations, provider credentialing, claims management, workflow development, and improving administrative efficiencies.
Amber has extensive expertise in Washington State Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance billing, and behavioral health reimbursement. She is passionate about developing efficient systems and implementing solutions that strengthen organizational performance while supporting high-quality client care.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, and traveling.
