BreAnn Spreadborough is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Accounts Payable for Columbia Wellness. She has been with the company since August 2015. She started out with the company doing clinical work with the Crisis team but moved to administrative work.

BreAnn worked as an administrative assistant on the front desk, took on the role of administrative coordinator, and became the executive assistant in 2021. BreAnn is very passionate about the mental health field, and always happy to do what she can to help.
