Cesar P Rafano, MD is the Chief Medical Officer / Medical Director of Columbia Wellness. He has been with the Company since September 1997. He obtained his Medical Degree from the University of the Philippines. He has worked as a House Medical Officer/Hospitalist for a Geriatric/Oncology Unit at Mattapan-Boston Specialty and Rehab Hospital, for the Department of Health and Hospital, City of Boston, Massachusetts; during which time, he also started an AIDS unit. He finished Psychiatric Residency Specialization at Harvard Medical School, Brockton South Shore Program.
He is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry, previously boarded in Psychosomatic Medicine by the ABMS, American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Rafano kindly offers Psychiatric Medical Treatment that is biopsychosocialdynamically informed and culturally sensitive.
