Jessica Shook is the Clinical Director for Crisis and Mental Health Outpatient Services in Grays Harbor County. She has been with the company since 2024. Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee.
In her career she has worked as a Designated Mental Health Professional, Mobile Crisis Outreach worker, and Program Administrator for the Washington State Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR). In these roles, Jessica has clinically supervised crisis and involuntary treatment work, participated in the legislative process (including advocacy, testimony, and bill monitoring), developed and provided training statewide for SUD involuntary treatment assessment, served as a committee member for 988 crisis system development, and provided de-escalation training to community providers, hospitals, and law enforcement agencies.
Jessica is a member of the Aberdeen Regional Crisis Negotiator Team. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver.
