Karroll Berger serves as the Director of Operations for Columbia Wellness in Grays Harbor. Since joining the organization in November 2017, she has supported multiple programs in a variety of roles, beginning as a Counselor Technician on the Mobile Crisis Team. She later joined the outpatient program as a Peer Support Counselor, where she used her lived experience to support individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges to help instill hope in their recovery journeys. Her continued growth led her into mental health counseling services, further strengthening her understanding of client care and program operations. With a strong commitment to Columbia Wellness’s mission and a passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed, Karroll became Operations Director in 2022. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Human Services and is a Washington State Certified Peer Support Specialist with a Department of Health credential and supervisory approval.
