Kathy Ryan has dedicated her career to helping individuals, families, and communities access quality behavioral health care. Originally from Texas, she earned her bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas and her master's degree from Multnomah University in Portland before becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Child Mental Health Specialist.

Kathy joined Columbia Wellness in September 2018 as a member of the Crisis Team and quickly discovered a passion for crisis services and leadership. After managing crisis teams across three counties, she became Chief Clinical Officer, a role she has proudly served in for the past five years.

Kathy believes that exceptional care begins with supporting the people who provide it. She is passionate about building strong clinical teams, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where both staff and clients can thrive. She is honored to serve alongside dedicated professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of others every day.
