Megan Huffman is the Clinical Director of Child and Family Services at Columbia Wellness and has been part of the Columbia Wellness team since August 2016. Over the years, Megan has had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, including WISe Therapist, CARE Program Manager, WISe Program Manager, and Clinical Director. Each of these experiences has strengthened her passion for supporting children, youth, and families and has shaped her approach to compassionate, client-centered care.
Megan is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS). In addition to her clinical and leadership responsibilities, she oversees the Columbia Wellness Internship Program, where she enjoys mentoring and supporting the next generation of behavioral health professionals.
Megan’s passion for working with youth extends beyond her professional role. In her free time, she volunteers with at-risk youth, creating a safe and supportive space where young people can talk openly, learn healthy coping strategies, and discover new ways to navigate difficult circumstances. She believes that every young person has strengths and potential, and that having someone who listens, believes in them, and provides a safe space can make a meaningful difference.
Megan is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals at Columbia Wellness and is passionate about helping create an environment where children, youth, and families feel supported, respected, and empowered to move forward.
