Rhonda Probasco is the Grants Manager for Columbia Wellness.  Rhonda joined Columbia Wellness in February of 2018 as a part of the acquisition of A First Place, an outpatient substance use treatment facility, where she served as the Chief Financial Officer and co-owner.  During her time with Columbia Wellness, Rhonda began working as a Department Administrator overseeing the SUD and MAT programs. 

In 2021, she transitioned to grants management after leading the successful drafting and submission of Columbia Wellness’ application for the SAMHSA CCBHC Expansion grant resulted in a 2-year, $2M grant award.  This was followed up in 2023 with a second successful submission of a 4-year $4M SAMHSA CCBHC Improvement and Advancement grant. Rhonda continues to guide Columbia Wellness in grant and funding opportunities and with the management of the CCBHC program.
